Meet with a qualified and registered programme coordinator at least once a month who will support you with developing and implementing a successful in-home care programme.
Home2Grow supplies our educators with some educational resources to help provide a high quality of care and education for our families. Educators also have free access to a variety of resources from the Home2Grow toy library.
Educators are encouraged to take the children to our free monthly playgroups and on regular outings and excursions throughout the year. Subsidies are available for some activities such as Mainly Music. Terms and conditions apply.
As an educator with Home2Grow, you will be encouraged and supported to obtain a Level 4 NZQA recognised qualification in childcare. You will also have opportunities to attend free professional development workshops and courses as well as receive support and guidance from fully qualified, registered teachers.

The level 4 ECE certificate is a great way to get a good foundation for your career as a home-based educator. That’s why we also provide free Level 4 ECE Certification. Study is flexible to work around your other commitments.
